Lotus Connections Fix Pack 2 (2.5.0.2) was released this past Friday. Here are some of the relevant links

Remember if you have customized any of the JSP files the customization will be overwritten by the fix pack. There is a Wiki article on Preserving customized JSP files through an upgrade of Lotus Connections you might want to reference if you have customized JSPs.
Also worth noting, there are a few security vulnerabilities that were addressed in Fix Pack 2
I installed Fix Pack 2 on my sandbox, I did not run in to any issues. Production... that will take a little more planning.
